UiPath Partners with Proservartner to Offer Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Services

UiPath, the leading enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software company, today announced that it has partnered with specialist operational excellence and digital transformation consultancy Proservartner.

The partnership will focus on Proservartner key geographies, namely the UK & Ireland; Netherlands and Belgium; Germany and Switzerland; Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic; Dubai, Bahrain and Kuwait; Australia and New Zealand.

The strategic partnership will enable clients to automate intelligently by offering end-to-end automation of key business processes that will improve customer satisfaction, reduce risk and deliver transactions faster and more accurately, securely and at scale.

By partnering with UiPath, Proservartner will enable clients to complete routine tasks – in Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and Customer Contact Centres – much more efficiently. By delegating these processes to a virtual digital workforce of software robots, company employees will be able to focus on more strategic, creative and customer-facing initiatives.

Rakesh Sangani, Proservartner founder and Chief Executive, said:

The demand for RPA in our operating markets is soaring. Organisations are leveraging automation to optimize the way humans interact with robots to reduce costs, improve productivity and deliver a better service.  We are excited to work with UiPath. Together we will ensure that our clients have the best process expertise and the best technology, helping them to achieve more with less. Since we initially started working with UiPath in 2018 we have deployed more than 50 software robots across functions in retail, manufacturing, professional services and banking.  This will grow exponentially, as we see 2019 as the year that organisations scale up their use of RPA!

Anand Nagwani, VP of Partnerships EMEA, UiPath, said:

We are thrilled to work with Proservartner and give access to the market’s leading automation solution to their wide network of clients. Through their extensive reach in terms of customer base, spanning three continents, we are empowering workers across a varied range of high-growth sectors, by relieving them of the burden of tiresome, repetitive tasks and saving them hours of work.
