UiPath Brings Robotic Process Automation to Germany Under the Leadership of Walter Obermeier

UiPath, a leader in enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA), announced today that it is expanding its presence in the European market with a new office in Germany. From there, companies in the DACH region will be equipped with the software robots to automate their business processes and make them more efficient.

Together with the new office in Munich, UiPath announces the appointment of Walter Obermeier as the new Vice President Sales of the DACH region. He declared:

"With our new office in Munich, we want to promote our German-speaking business even more in the future. Our enterprise-grade RPA platform allows our customers a fast and highly scalable automation of their business processes. The software Robots mimic repetitive rules-based tasks and free employees from annoying routine work. The main benefits: higher work accuracy, faster processes and lower costs."

Walter has 20+ years experience in entrepreneurship and business growth working globally for companies like ADP, Hewlett-Packard, Accenture & Genpact. He will help UiPath Germany to go meet the rapidly increasing demand and to further the local and global development of the company.

With an official launch event on March 13, UiPath will kickstart the business in Germany. Representatives of customers and partners, such as Capgemini or the BMW Group, will be giving keynote speeches and panels on their corporate success with UiPath’s RPA in the New Work Lab at Munich's Highlight Towers.

UiPath has many customers in the DACH region who are using the automation platform and who have already achieved success in terms of quality, speed, and cost of their work processes. The company is also working with German partners to give potential customers even more starting points on their digital journeys.
