Here Is What You Would Be Doing At UiPath
· As Director of Global Partner Marketing, you will drive marketing to, with and through partners to engage and educate partners on the UiPath automation platform and enable partners to capture customer demand of the hypergrowth automation market
· You will create and deploy scalable marketing programs for thousands of partners to leverage while extending the UiPath brand and value proposition
· You will collaborate with UiPathers from across the globe to identify new marketing opportunities, test and scale into global marketing programs
· Working across UiPath, you will manage partner marketing operations to ensure proper lead attribution and flow
· Your work will establish, promote, and influence best practices for partner marketing globally by leveraging UiPath and third-party digital marketing expertise and assets
· You will manage UiPath’s most important partner event, Partner Forward
Requirements
· Experience at a fast-growing global technology company with a strong partner ecosystem
· A passion for partner marketing and a proven track record of building high impact, memorable global marketing programs from the ground up
· A partner first mentality with strong advocacy and imaginative thinking how to incorporate partners into key strategic initiatives
· Proven digital marketing experience across multiple channels: email, paid search, web, etc.
· A strong desire to have a huge impact and learn a great deal
· Solid discipline around partner marketing operations, particularly lead flow and attribution
· Experience working on a global team
· Confidence to lean forward fast to delight partners and beat the competition
· Vulnerability, empathy and a sense of humor
