Here's what you would be doing at UiPath:

  • Ability to work, coordinate lead and manage across all UiPath divisions
  • Act as a liaison between business and RPA Development team
  • Ensure all projects delivered within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints
  • Assist in definition of project success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Run customer facing project status meetings as required
  • Develop customer project status reports as required
  • Manage project issues and risks
  • Develop and manage project dependencies
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Present project dashboard to all levels of stakeholders and management
  • Proactively manage stakeholder issues with professionalism and tact
  • Work collaboratively with all UiPath teams involved in the projects
  • Assist in the development and/or review of related documentation
  • Coordinate feedback and insight from stakeholder engagements to improve the product, delivery kits and overall customer experience
  • Facilitate legal and security overview of use cases
  • Lead, Coordinate and manage through RDLC from concept to deployment

What you will bring to UiPath:

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics. Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Business or related field
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing to deliver on the project objectives
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Results oriented
  • Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
  • Experience in Agile concepts and tools
  • Experience in proactive risk assessment and management in project delivery
  • Experience and ability to engage and work with global stakeholders and team
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plus
  • Nice to have:
  • Qualification in Project Management (e.g. PMI, PMP)
  • Knowledge of RPA technologies
  • Exposure to digital transformation
