Your Mission: As a Technical Training Developer, you will work with peers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop meaningful learning experiences that make automation skills tangible for our global audiences.

Duration of contract: This role is fixed term for 1 year

This is what you’ll do at UiPath:

You will analyze the tasks needed to perform in a specific role (perform or assist in Job-Task- Analysis)
You will conduct interviews to capture business challenges, required competencies and performance gaps for different roles
You will work with audience representatives to define and document success metrics of learning initiatives
You will design learning assets (role-based learning plans, courses, hands-on exercises, knowledge checks etc.), that meet the performance requirements of the audience (Employees, Partners, Customers & Industry Professionals).
You will develop learning assets as per the course design on UiPath Automation Platform Products, Automation Roles, Aligned Technologies
You will develop learning assets in a variety of formats (videos, slides, text etc.) and delivery modes (ex: eLearning, ILT, vILT etc.)
You will update learning assets to align with the latest product release, industry trends, and learner feedback
You will review courses developed by peers to make sure there are technically accurate, relevant for a specific role and sound from an education standpoint
You will review feedback from learners about learning assets and recommend improvements
You will specialize in UiPath products and technologies
You will adhere to UiPath Learning’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the lifecycle of the learning assets you create
You will assist with designing, developing, and implementing measurement and evaluation strategies to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of learning assets

This is what you’ll bring to our team:

1+ years in designing and developing technical training courses
1+ years of working experience in training authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe etc.
1+ years of experience in writing scripts for technical training topics
1+ years of working in a SCRUM team
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Bachelor degree
Preferred UiPath Certified Professional – UiPath RPA Certified Associate or knowledge of UiPath product
