The Sales Compensation Program Manageras part of UiPath Sales Operations team, is primarily focused on the delivery and successful execution of sales incentive plans.  The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with top-notch execution skills who will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Finance, HR and Operations teams. 

The candidate can be based in the Netherlands, the UK or Romania.

This is what you'll be doing at UiPath:

  • Develop an in-depth compensation knowledge, best practices, and principals to meet/overachieve business expectations.
  • Create and deliver reports to the sales organization based on Sales actuals during plan performance periods.
  • Develop statistical indicators and conduct trend analysis to predict yearly accrual performance and potential plan design flaws.
  • Deliver and monitors new hire reports to ensure compensation documents are delivered on time.
  • Provide support during the Annual Commission Planning Process such as historical performance analysis and modeling.
  • Address queries from sales managers and sales reps concerning sales incentive plan mechanics and develop a thorough understanding of compensation plan mechanics and payouts.
  • Work with sales reps to provide understanding on how to maximize their plan performance.
  • Liaise with support teams (HR, Finance, Operations & Payroll) to understand requirements and improve underlying processes.
  • Hands-on Xactly Incent configuration and implementation experience required and develop and distributes SalesForce.com reports as requested.

This is what you'll bring to UiPath

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a sales analysis, finance or similar functional role required, ideally in a large sales organization or similar work experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience working with sales compensation reporting tools required (Xactly, Callidus, etc.) and 3-5 years CRM system experience required, preferably with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with DocuSign and/or Mail Merge systems
  • Basic knowledge / understanding of compensation, sales and/or financial processes.
  • Highly customer focused and attention to detail, problem solver, analytical thinking.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize to meet tight deadlines required.
  • Advanced with Microsoft Office (Excel – Complex formulas, Word & PowerPoint) required
  • Positive attitude, accountable team player, motivation to learn and grow professionally.
