The Sales Compensation Program Manager, as part of UiPath Sales Operations team, is primarily focused on the delivery and successful execution of sales incentive plans. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with top-notch execution skills who will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Finance, HR and Operations teams.
