Responsibilities
- Based on the criteria identified for Top100 accounts, work with UiPath Sales Directors, to curate, evaluate and regularly monitor the final accounts list
- Building and implementing a Key Account end to end program for Top100 UiPath customers
- Introducing a program to accelerate iARR growth in our top 100 customers
- Landing a comprehensive measurement model for Key Accounts success
- Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect top 100 growth trajectory
- Collaborate, provide guidance and support to UiPath Geo Leaders for the Key Accounts program implementation
- Establishing cross functional global organization to successfully operate in a matrix environment
- Working with Partner team to develop and implement a cohesive partner strategy targeted to support the Top 100 customers.
- Collaborating with Sales Ops, Compensation and Deal Hub team for developing and implementing rules of engagement between geos and sales segments
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant work experience in a strategic sale, account management or solution consulting organization
- 10+ years previous experience with working with larger software vendors (e.g. SAP, Oracle, SFDC, Microsoft, IBM and Google) or existing RPA players
- SaaS and Cloud experience a benefit
- Solid technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies
- Experience in customer and partner facing sales and marketing roles, project management, sales and consultancy
- Familiarity with Customer and Partner life-cycle models
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
