We are currently seeking a senior level Information Security Professional to join our cybersecurity leadership team. This position will be accountable for multiple technical engineering and operations functions. Candidates with diverse backgrounds and mindsets to drive a holistic approach to cybersecurity engineering are encouraged to apply. We are looking for relevant, collaborative leadership experience, proven execution ability and technical cybersecurity competency as key indicators of success for this role.

In this role, you will be responsible for building an accountable, information security-conscious culture and a system security infrastructure built on high-quality standards backed-up by effective operational procedures as well as regular status monitoring and reporting activities.

Providing guidance and recommendations regarding prioritization of investments and projects that mitigates information security risks, strengthen defenses, and reduce vulnerabilities.
Lead and inspire multiple teams responsible for cybersecurity operations, engineering and architecture with personal accountability for an effective, nimble, and scalable technical cybersecurity control environment
This individual will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our information and preventing damage to our brand/reputation.
This individual will also ensure continued compliance with applicable client/regulatory audits and communicate major risks to executive management.
Ensure adequate security solutions are in place throughout all IT systems and platforms to mitigate identified risks sufficiently and support business objectives
Serve as an expert in platform, application, storage, network, virtualization, cloud and mobile security best practices
Information security industry best practices, emerging information security technologies, and relevant laws and regulations (e.g. HiTrust, HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, NIST SP 800-53 rev 5, GLB, and others.)
Developing and maintain security frameworks, policies and standards.
Demonstrating advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT and DevOps controls and related standards.
Deploy new and maintain current security sensors and tools.
Responsibility for the creation and roll-out of security awareness and training programs Company-wide.
Use your deep technical experience to guide discussions, designs and planning in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.

Must have analytical skills to handle complex issues requiring focus and systematic analysis.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and manage conflict within and across organizations, functions and business areas.
Must have highly developed business acumen with working knowledge/understanding of business processes
Must possess knowledge of security and control frameworks, such as NIST, ISO, CobiT, COSO,HITRUST CSF and ITIL.
Proven experience implementing security in AWS, GCP Azure or other cloud service providers.
Experience in working in a global company, customers, and 3rd parties.
Requires a Masters' degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
Advanced IT security certifications required:
CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional
CCSP: Certified Cloud Security Professional · Cloud Service provider specific and/or CCSK: Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge
Advanced IT security certifications preferred:
CISCS: Certified Integrator Secure Cloud Services
SSAP: Information Systems Security Architecture Professional ·
CRISC: Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control ·
