What you will do:

As the Senior Manager of Global University Recruiting, you will have the opportunity to help shape the way UiPath brings in early talent. You will create, develop, execute and manage the Global strategy across all business organizations. This will include meeting with the executive business leadership to determine initial headcount, planning out the program and career fairs and developing strong partnerships with the schools and universities. In addition, you will have the unique opportunity to create the overall program for UiPath interns once they are onboarded, to ensure they have a great experience.
 
Impact:
 
·         Opportunity to build a team around you consisting of University recruiters/Program Managers for each key region.
·         Partner with finance and the business stakeholders to determine overall goals, headcount and metrics.
·         Serve as strategic advisor for all University related initiatives.
·         Organize and manage all campus and intern activity, including the way we interview, hire and what projects the interns are part of.
·         Identify and drive partnerships, thought leadership and community building opportunities within schools and universities.
·         Develop the overall intern strategy and intern hiring plan for UiPath.
·         Build and manage the intern budget throughout the year.
·         Make data-driven decisions by tracking metrics that will shape how we hire early in career talent.
·         Participate in leadership meetings and all-hands to share progress and updates on the University Recruiting program.
·         Partner with Employer Branding to plan campaigns, events and the overall intern experience.
·         Track and provide insight on campus and university activity that will help determine where we grow and who we partner with in the future.
·         Provide leadership and coaching to business leaders on how we will scale the intern program.
 
Key Requirements:
 
·         6+ years in experience working within Talent Acquisition for a fast-paced technology driven company.
·         5+ years specifically aligned to University Recruiting
·         Ability to manage multiple global resources
·         Experience working across multiple business organizations
·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
·         Builder mindset and ability to scale and grow a program from scratch
·         Experience creating Global internship programs across key business organizations
·         Strong program and project management skills
·         Innovative and able to work in an ambiguous, dynamic environment
·         Analytical approach and ability to translate goals, metrics and research into strategy and opportunities
