We are seeking a Renewals Sales Operations Manager who can provide strategic consultation and expertise to our Global Renewals organization for continuing growth and development. This position will be required to support our Renewals Sales Leadership. Focused on enabling the organization to achieve both current and future business critical objectives. You will help contribute to the overall success of the Renewals Sales organization and help drive sales excellence.

What you'll do at UiPath:

  • Define, manage and improve renewals processes across the global Renewals Sales organization.
  • Support Renewals Sales team with planning and operational requests e.g. annual planning, monthly and quarterly business reviews, target setting, etc.
  • Manage Salesforce.com data, including uploading customer information/territory information, etc. and ensuring all data uploaded is clean, accurate and complete.
  • Ability to synthesize big data into strategic and actionable insights.
  • Conduct and provide analysis of Renewals Sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams (i.e., Customer Success, Marketing, Tech Stack etc.) to standardize best practices and drive operational efficiency.

What you'll bring to UiPath:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in operational roles related to renewals
  • Strong working experience with Salesforce.com required
  • Strong project management, planning and organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills and creative approach to problem solving
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly growing enterprise strongly preferred
