Prior to Apptio, Ted spent over two decades at Microsoft in various leadership roles in their server and cloud business including marquee products such as SQL Server, Azure Data Platform products, Microsoft’s business intelligence and big data offerings. He also led teams across a broad set of technologies, including operating systems, consumer online services, enterprise security and enterprise application platform.
An avid runner and soccer fan, Ted has an engineering degree and worked at both HP and Apple early in his career. He has three sons and lives with his wife in the Seattle area.

Daniel is the founder and CEO of UiPath, which he started in 2005 with the goal of building a technology that could help humans reduce the time and stress that come from menial, administrative business tasks.
Since incorporating UiPath in 2015, Daniel has led the company through substantial growth. He has raised more than $1.2 Billion from top-tier venture capital firms and public institutional investors.
With a vision to deliver A Robot for Every Person, Daniel is committed to ushering in a new way to work that delivers both substantial productivity gains and higher employee satisfaction and engagement. He is focused on helping the workforce adapt to this change through a global commitment to democratize RPA with free training, software, and programs to help skill, reskill, and upskill the workforce of the future.
Daniel began his engineering career at Microsoft where he designed and developed the SQL Server Agent. Still a hacker at heart, he is active in driving the company’s RPA platform and supporting over 500,000 developers who are building automations on the UiPath platform.

Ted is EVP of Products & Engineering at UiPath where he leads UiPath’s global product development organization. P&E develops and delivers UiPath’s market leading RPA products both on-premises and in the cloud. Ted has a long history leading product teams. Most recently he led Products & Engineering at Apptio where he spent four years which included Apptio’s IPO.
Prior to Apptio, Ted spent over two decades at Microsoft in various leadership roles in their server and cloud business including marquee products such as SQL Server, Azure Data Platform products, Microsoft’s business intelligence and big data offerings. He also led teams across a broad set of technologies, including operating systems, consumer online services, enterprise security and enterprise application platform.
An avid runner and soccer fan, Ted has an engineering degree and worked at both HP and Apple early in his career. He has three sons and lives with his wife in the Seattle area.
